Deported Child Rapist/Drug Dealer Re-Arrested In Arizona

YUMA, AZ - On Sunday, U.S. Border Patrol agents apprehended Isaias Pulido-Alvarado, 32, following a chase in thick brush after he crossed the border illegally.

During processing, it was discovered that the Mexican national is a convicted child rapist and drug dealer.

In a news release, the U.S. Border Patrol Yuma Sector stated:

Record checks revealed Pulido-Alvarado was convicted of sexual assault of a child and delivery of cocaine in 2009 in Wisconsin and was sentenced to one and six years in prison, respectively.

The illegal alien served only one year in prison for his crimes and was deported back to Mexico in 2010.

He is facing a charge of felony re-entry after deportation, and if convicted, could receive up to 20 years in federal prison.
