Police: African ‘Migrant’ Raped Young Woman On College Campus

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA (CBS 21 News) – Lancaster Police have arrested and charged a Kentucky man for a rape that occurred on the Franklin & Marshall College campus in 2017.

On Oct. 11, 2018, an arrest warrant was issued for 22-year-old Felicius Bucyukundi, of Louisville, Kentucky, who’s been charged with two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault, three counts of aggravated indecent assault, and three counts of indecent assault.

According to Lancaster Police, the rape was reported to police on Nov. 17, 2017 and assigned to a detective who worked with the victim and Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Bucyukundi was taken into custody in Kentucky and extradited to Lancaster County.

He arrived at the Lancaster Bureau of Police station on Oct. 20 2018 and was processed on the Criminal Complaint and held for arraignment. Bucyukundi was committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.

*Bucyukundi is from the African nation of Cameroon.
