CHARLOTTE, NC (FOX 46) – Charlotte-Mecklenburg police have made an arrest in the hit-and-run incident in southwest Charlotte.
They say the crash that happened Thursday night in the 9000 block of S. Tryon St. at Sandy Porter Road sent a woman to the hospital.
