The Media Patch also reported:
In March 2017, Chester Police Officer Goodman responded to a 911 call for the report of child sexual abuse.
During a forensic interview of the 10-year-old female victim, she described being sexually abused at her home by Emarievebe, her former stepfather, beginning in February 2017 and continuing until March 2017, according to the DA’s office.
Further investigation revealed that Emarievebe was frequently at the house while the victim’s mother was at work, the DA’s office said.
During this two-month period, Emarievebe sexually abused the victim on numerous occasions, each time asking her, “Do you love me,” according to the DA’s office.
