Previously Deported Rapist Re-Arrested In Arizona

U.S. Customs and Border Protection press release…

Douglas Border Patrol agents apprehended a 28-year-old Mexican man Friday morning east of Douglas and later identified him as a previously-deported, convicted sex offender.

Agents learned during processing that Carlos Vazquez-Montalbo was convicted in Jefferson County, Kentucky, in 2013 for 3rd Degree Rape and sentenced to five years in prison.

Vazquez will remain in federal custody to face charges for re-entering the U.S. as an aggravated felon.

All persons apprehended by the Border Patrol undergo criminal history checks using biometrics to ensure illegal immigrants with criminal histories are positively identified.

  1. Time to quit deporting them and give them a taste of American Justice lifetime stay in prison no parole no plea bargin’s and no movie or book deals

  2. My brother worked at a Arizona Border. He said we need 2 buildings one Welcoming where they have to provide ID and get immunizations and one approved US Citizen who will claim responsibly such as Farmers, Employers for that person. Each vehicle has to have American Sticker ID that matches the plate on vehicle they steal our plates off our cars.
The other building is a Prison paid for by the families that want their relatives free. They work making those stickers and other jobs.
If we commit crimes in Mexico it’s very costly.
This way they can come with good intentions or turn
    around to avoid the prison.
We should not have to pay for them to stay in our prisons and make them clean all the trash they bring across the borders!
