GASTON COUNTY, NC (The Gaston Gazette) – A Gastonia man is being held by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement following his arrest on charges of allegedly raping a woman multiple times.
Police arrested Raphael Olmos Peche, 41, of Gastonia, late Friday evening.
He is charged with four counts of first-degree rape. According to warrants, the alleged crimes occurred between Aug. 13 and Sept. 12, 2017.
He is currently being held in Gaston County Jail with no bond set.
