LEXINGTON, NC (The Dispatch) – A Greensboro man was charged with raping a female victim, according to the Lexington Police Department.
Javier A. Hernandez, 36, of 3527 McKnight Mill Road, Greensboro, was charged with first degree forcible rape, kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon.
According to an arrest report, Hernandez also stole $400 from the victim and threatened her with an Oster kitchen knife.
Hernandez is being held under a $250,000 secured bond. His court date is March 29.
