Illegal Alien Sentenced To Four Years For Child Molestation In New Jersey

WOODBURY, NJ (The Courier-Post) – A judge ordered an immigration detainer for a Sewell man sentenced Friday to a prison term for “inappropriately touching” a Gloucester County girl.

Santiago Trinidad-Medina, 36, identified by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office as an “illegal alien,” was sentenced to four years in state prison for touching the girl in Washington Township in 2015.

Trinidad-Medina pleaded guilty in May to a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, the prosecutor’s office said.

When he is released from prison, Trinidad-Medina must follow the restrictions and reporting requirements for sex offenders under Megan’s Law, and will be under parole supervision for 15 years.

  1. I can’t believe what I am reading. There should be a DHS person waiting to deport him when he is released. This creep will just move elsewhere and disappear from the courts jurisdiction when he is released. Will probably have new ID waiting for him when he gets out.
